Flyover Comedy
Flyover Comedy was created by me, Jeffrey Baldinger, way back in May of 2012. It is a monthly show, that takes place at the Hollywood Improv on their main stage, Tuesdays at 10pm. It was set up initially as a way to feature the amazing comics that either started out in the midwest, or got their comedy diplomas there. It has since turned into one of the Hollywood Improv's most successful monthly shows, regularly selling out, and having amazing Stand-ups on each month.
Flyover Comedy: It’s a very fun show, both because the audience returns every month, regularly selling out the Improv, and the comics are both the best in the business, and comics who no one has heard of yet, but will very soon. We’ve had Joe Rogan, Judd Apatow, Chris Porter, Adam Devine, Tom Arnold, Bill Burr, Kevin Hart, Pete Holmes, Chelsea Peretti, Joe Mande, Nick Kroll, Paul Scheer, Harland Williams, The Sklar Brothers, David Koechner, Ali Wong, Natasha Leggero, Eliza Skinner, Dane Cook, Barry Rothbart, Judah Friedlander, Dave Attell, Jeff Ross, Sean Patton, Rory Scovel, Ian Edwards, Roy Wood Jr., Jen Murphy, Helen Hong, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kira Soltanovitch, Shawn Wayans, and some comics that have been on the show that you may not know yet but should definitely look up: Candice Thompson, Ed Greer, Jamar Neighbors, Yassir Lester, Aiko Tanaka, Sandro Iocolono, Jeremy Scippio, Omar Nava, Doug Fager, Dave Gborie, Jeremiah Watkins, Ryan O’Flanagan, Ahmed Bharoocha, and the list goes on and on.
